Narcotics Anonymous
Narcotics Anonymous (NA) is a global, community-based, mutual aid organization. It offers recovery from the effects of addiction through working a Twelve Step Programme, including regular attendance at group meetings. The group atmosphere provides help from peers and offers an ongoing support network for addicts who wish to pursue and maintain a drug-free lifestyle.
Narcotics Anonymous now holds over 1600 meetings per week throughout England, Scotland and Wales. These are both virtual and face 2 face. Members share with each other how they got clean, the benefits of staying clean and the challenges they face in their lives. NA exists solely so that its members can support each other to stay drug free and to help others achieve and maintain a drug free recovery and lifestyle.
NA is free, it costs nothing to attend our meetings.
As a recognized, evidence based model, The12 Step Programme of Narcotics Anonymous continues to successfully transform individuals’ lives, addressing the stigma of addiction, delivering hope and finding a new way to live.
