Before embarking on this pioneering journey, Rohan amassed extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. His roles in the NHS were characterised by a series of operational management positions, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of healthcare delivery. These roles enabled him to refine his skills in managing complex healthcare operations, always with a focus on improving patient outcomes and enhancing service efficiency.
