Marie Curie is the UK's leading end of life charity. Over the past 4 years we have been working in partnership with Royal College of GP's to improve end of life care through the Daffodil Standards. The Daffodil Standards are a set of guidelines and provide a framework for general practices to improve the care they offer to patients with advanced serious illness and at the end of life The standards aim to help practices self-assess and consistently offer the best end-of-life and bereavement care. They offer a structured approach that includes quality statements, evidence-based tools, exercises, and quality improvement steps. Visit our stand to find out more
