KAI analyses conversations in NHS between clinicians and patients. Our mission is to reveal hidden human insight that enable better conversations and improved health outcomes. This results in fewer patient complaints and improved patient experience. We're passionate about making AI available to everyone for good. If people have better conversations we know they'll have richer human relationships, the right information will be shared and patients are more likely to engage with their treatment plan. We want to work with innovators in the NHS who are looking to change the status quo, that want to utilise all the new tools available. Our insights uncover points of connection and disconnection in a conversation. We've worked in primary and secondary care across the UK. Also running successful training programmes with Junior doctors.
