Jonathan is a GP in Cheshire and Associate Medical Director for Primary Care with NHS Cheshire and Merseyside. He has long worked within local systems to improve the relationship between Primary and Secondary Care, and was instrumental in the development of the Cheshire and Merseyside Consensus on the Primary Secondary Care Interface.
